#Asktheexpert My baby is 3M old and his cold doesn't go away. he had cold since birth it seems to decrease and increase but never goes away. He never has running nose he has a lot of phlegm and chokes on milk too. he is on mixed feeding Nanpro formula nd breastmilk. please help me with what could be the reason. I'm worried as to why his phlegm never goes away

A. probably baby is having allergic rhinitis due to cold Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
