#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 months old. Got vaccinated yesterday, but she is having fever and the injected area is swollen and hard. what should I do?

A. if your child has been vaccinated and DPT vaccine was given it can cause pain fever and swelling you can give paracetamol drops to reduce pain and fever and also apply ice fomentation over the injection site

A. After vaccination Sometimes children have mild reactions from shots, such as pain at the injection site, a rash, or a fever. These reactions are normal and will soon go away.
