#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 months old and sleeps more hours at night. Should I wake her in between to feed

A. Hi mommy Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals Wake up baby by gently tapping her legs or mouth In night you can maintain 3-4 hours gap if baby sleeping The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions For example, turn off your phone or put a ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door. Have a glass of water on hand for yourself too
