Hi mom Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding
