#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 month old and i am gaining loy of weight , not sure why , talking normal meal just the things is body is not getting proper rest , what do you suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom , Please Not to worry it all happens due to hormonal changes that is occurring in your body and also there is no proper rest give some time to yourself and take rest whenever possible, take help from other family members as well
