#asktheexpert My baby is 2yr 10 month old now. he dont speek. he can dictate what we said. but he don't know what is the meaning of that for eg. he says Mamma but he doesn't know i am his mamma. I am worried about him also he dont eat by himself i have to force feed him and he only eat slurry textured food he will not chewy, he swallow everything
