#asktheexpert my baby is 2 month old so can i start my exercises... and how to reduce my fat loss

A. dear mum, you can begin to exercise now. for weight for, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast have good water intake

A. two months baby is c section delivery or normal delivery after c section delivery you can start with exercises after 4-6 months of delivery start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise at first
