#AskTheExpert my baby is 2.6 years old.. eats everything but still very lean n thin.. plzz suggest some remedy

A. Some kids are of lean body type and as long as baby is healthy and active, there is no need to be concerned about the weight. Include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, eggs, chicken, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk along with variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
