#AskTheExpert My baby is 2.5years but still don't talk much.. Should we do any speach therapy or anything

A. Hi, My baby is also of same age, and as per my experience they take der own tym, we shud not rush for anything. Mine used to speak only few words until his 2nd b'day but used to understand everything. So I started his play group post his 2nd b'day and post dt i saw tremendous change in him. He himself started forming sentences and talks to others also whenever they talk to him. Although his words r not completely clear but easily understandable. So I would suggest instead of taking medical help first try wid d play group option.

A. good morning it depends how much the child is able to talk if you are having any doubt you should definitely first try to visit your pediatrician if required then he can direct you to a speech therapist
