Hi Doctor my baby is 18months old but till now he didn't say words.Do I need to go speach therapy treatment

A. If The child is not speaking at all then of course you should get a check with your doctor better clarity sometimes it takes more time than usual for vocal glance to develop in that he’s a doctor can advise you a homeopathic medicines are also very helpful for that
