Q.
My 3 year old son is not able to speak properly. He says all the words, but not as sentences. He is kind of hyperactive. speach therapy does not work for him as he is not cooperative during the sessions. Even though he has improvement in speach over time, we are worried about his hyperactive behavior. Any further therapy or treatment is needed for him?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. consult a developmental pediatrician occupational therapy may be required further It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
