AthiraGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. I had similar issue with my baby and I used cloth diaper for 2 days and gave more diaper free time. I also tried washing the area instead of wipes. Then started using another rash cream which doctor suggested.

If the rashes are still there you can go for diaper rash cream(Sebamed or Himalayas are good). You should also give diaper free time for few hours everyday. Also make sure you choose the right size which is neither too loose nor too tight for the baby. And in very severe cases of rashes, stop using diapers for sometime. You can consult with your pediatrician and get some medicated ointments prescribed. You can try imported diapers from Malaysia called 'DRYPERS'. This is the best of all the diapers we have used. You can find it in some baby shops or duty paid shops or even it's available in online shopping sites these days.
