#asktheexpert my baby is 19 months old now..he poops 5 to 6 times a day and while pooping he holds it very tightly...Giving him leafy vegetables ,fruits on daily basis ..but also struggling very hard while pooping what to do sir?

Actually sometimes constipation could be so traumatising for kids that they do not want to have anything that way and they do not want to poop because it troubles them a lot so make sure to include really good amount of fibre and fluids into the diet of your child that will help
