#asktheexpert my baby is 18 months She is not at all constipated but she used to hold her poop.. don't know what to do.. tried everything but she is not at all relaxing her anal portion to pass the poo pls advice what to do. her poo is semi solid type.. if she pass the pressure downward she will poo but she is not doing pressure

There could be a little bit of possibility that your child is holding the poo because you’re trying to toilet train the child or sometimes the child gets into the habit of doing it due to laziness so regular counselling is only going to be benefiting in the current situation situation to your child
