#asktheexpert my baby is 11 months old he is having cough and cold giving him drops as prescribed by pediatrition. However it’s his third day nd he is still coughing nd not ready for bebjliser what else we can do? Also how many days kids suffer from cold and cough

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebxulization will be required and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medication .
it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello complete the medicine dosage as advised by your doctor and still after you complete the dosage there is no improvement then it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide your accordingly and nothing to worry about
