#AskTheExpert My baby is 10 months old..from last few days her stool has become hard and she is crying while passing stool..what can be done to soften her stool.. I am regularly including banana, apple, papaya in her diet, but her water intake is very less, but she is breastfeeding so urine is proper. So what can be done..please advise

A. because of constipation issues and you need to increase the fibre intake for your baby providing some physical activity and keep your baby when hydrated by giving sufficient Fluids to drink
