Hello ma’am You can give paracetamol to your child for fever and for cold you can give ALLEGRA It is an anti allergy syrup that you can go for its one of the best syrup that are available.. You can give this 1.5 ML twice a day for five days and continue with paracetamol every eight hours and if needed please see a doctor tomorrow
