A. if your child is teething then that can be the reason for loss of appetite. otherwise Better is to visit a pediatrician and get a proper check up done. do not force feed

A. hi now ,it could be teething phase or it might happen because of mouth ulcers, weather change, stomach upset, dehydration etc please give food as per your child taste,it may help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
