#asktheexpert my baby is 1 year old but still not walk …what to do please advise….

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer cbut in no casev any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. If Exactly one year as in 12 months then that’s fine if your child is even standing with support or taking one or two steps with support then that’s fine because even if your child learns to work independently by one year and four months of age then that’s considered absolutely normal as per the milestone
