exercises help to freshen up. good overall health. improve appetite. breastfeeding wont be affected in negative way.

so wait for few days more.
you can just start walking ,it is also good pelvic floor exercise.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
keep breasfeeding your child as per his/her needs ,it will also help to burn out extra calories.
