#asktheexpert my baby girl is 7 months old ..she has started her solid meal like apple puree,rice cerelac, oats banana,carrots puree but now she is suffering from constipation and crying during poop..and one more problem is she doesn't like fm at all..till 6 months she was exclusively on bm..now what should I do?

A. yes it happens with baby so hard stools can be difficult for baby . Give plenty of water to baby and keep well hydrated . Give fibre rich food items like leafy vegetables , wholegrains like broken wheat to baby .
