#asktheexpert my baby dont want to eat varieties of food. What will i do. He eats rice for breakfast and rice for dinner. He doesnt want to try especially fruits. Please help.

try to teach them in play way method about it , be a role model for them, cut the fruits in different ways and forms for them ., make popsciles, add in custards
