#AskTheExpert my baby don’t have her meal for 1 day may be even for 2days. She just refuse to eat anything

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts.
