#asktheexpert my baby doesn't feed from starting itself. now no milk supply. Is there any possibility to increase milk secretion because now I'm in 4th month after delivery

Milk production to an extent also depends on he use as well , as the use was less hence the production reduces,
you may try with massaging your breast , apply warm compress, diet including foods such as garlic , flax seeds, dry fruits , milk , panjiri, drum stick leaves, fenugreek leaves, jeera, ajwain , saunf water
