hi mam how to increase milk supply without breastfeeding..i used pumping alone for my child is there any possibility to increase milk supply by tablets or lactose powder

yes u can take lactare tablets to increase ur breast milk supply.
include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, mother horlicks with milk etc in ur diet to increase bm.
drink adequate water and milk as it also helps to improve lactation
