#asktheexpert my baby does not eat she only wants breastfeed. I have visited a doctor and he suggested for the iron syrup because she is now lacking in hemoglobin. still she dont want to eat. what can I do. I can't force feed her

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, but is she active and achieving the milestones? Is her bowel and sleep normal? What’s her current weight? If healthwise she is doing fine then don’t worry. Breastmilk continue to provide nutrients even beyond one year so you can feed as long as you and your kid wants to. As with other solids sit with your kid and have one meal daily and encourage self eating habits
