Hi doctor Can u please suggest any iron syrup for my baby as he wont ask food untill i feed him... my always says me to ask any doctor for syrup so dat he can't eat food

A. is he anaemic ? iron to be given as prescribed by the doctor if your baby has low hemoglobin, feels anaemic Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly.
