Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentencyes properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need hto consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It. Could be a delay in the speech of the child I’m going to advise you to consult a speech therapist because mostly by the age of three years kids can pick up a lot to speak so go ahead with the consultation with the speech therapist ones
