my baby is 2.7year old bt he cant speak clearly what should I do. and not eat well

If your child is not able to speak well then you need to communicate more with your child to make the speech clear and better over the period yet if you required you can also consult a speech therapist and just for the food habits of the child I would recommend you to start with Iron and multivitamin supplement
