#AskTheExpert My baby boy is 3 years old... He has the habit of throwing everything and he enjoys it... He is not speaking clearly... He can't sit at one place.. always on his toes

reduce her screen time
Get yourself involved in her activities and games.
Talk to her maintaining eye contact
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
