slowly switch to semi solid mashed meals like khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables
Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 6 months old baby you can begin with moong dal ka Pani 5 to 6 spoons 2 to 3 times in the day. Do this for 2 days and look for any indigestion in the baby increase the quantity if everything remains fine. Also give rice water, watery Khichdi,home made Cerelac, apple pure etc the same way you gave moong dal ka Pani. Good luck and take care
