Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this is because of blocked nasolacrimal duct in the baby please do massage from the corner of the eye downwards the nose regularly for one month wipe the secretions with clean cloth

you can give warm compression with clean cotton clothes twice a day
if necessary please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important
