#asktheexpert my baby 2 months old, doctor offer LFT and CBC final reports are Hb 8.3 and total BILIRUBIN 0.73 , BILIRUBIN Direct 1.00 , BILIRUBIN indirect 0.27, ALT 66 ,AST 131. ALKALINE PHOSPHATES 13 , total protein 6.7 , AlBUMIN 0.7, and also doctor today offer abnormal hemoglobin study and peripheral smear test doctor any liver problem

A. The blood count is very low. Other reports seem to be normal. But would be advisable to consult with your doctor for proper examination and correlate with the reports. iron supplement should be started
