Hello mom babies double their birth weight by the age of 6 months and then triple by the age of one year .. so hope you have introduced the baby to solids by now so you can give ghee , panner , egg yolk , ragi , bajra c millets , dals , rajma , channa etc banana , Chikku , avocado etc potatoes , sweet potatoes, carrots etc

Some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. You should add cereals in babies regular diet plan. Cereals is a good source of proteins and nutrition and also help in gaining weight. Also start giving banana shake every morning.
