#AskTheExpert My age is 27 and my husband is 37..we got married in December,2020.should we start to plan for our baby?or do we need to consult a gynaecologist first?

A. Hi If both of you are a completely physically fit your menstruation cycle is on time you know when you are ovulating and all then you can go ahead be trying it on your own see you sometimes what happens is in the first time only you can conceive otherwise it can take a minimum of 3 to 6 months so have patience and still if you are not able to conceive then you can consult a gynaecologist but before you go ahead with planning a pregnancy get all your basic deficiency test done for yourself because when a mother is having any deficiency during pregnancy it can affect the child as well
