Q.
#asktheexpert My 9 month baby don't like to drink water. However, her pee count ok for a day but poops once in 2 days. She is being breastfed with solid food. We have also started with buttermilk, curd, coconut water etc. But with temperature increasing how can we make her drink water?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. at this,age give her 60 to 75 ml water a day.. offer fiber rich foid to avoid constipation. include more fiber rich fruits n veggies in her meal
