Hello Add nutritious caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds, coconut egg avocado paneer cheese to child's recioes for healthy weight gain Engage child in physical activity like football cycling skipping karate , tai chi for good physical development
