Okay so thing is just a body structure that does not only imply that your child is not having proper growth right now you have to check it as per the weight and overall growth if the weight is double the birthweight or more than that or about 6 to 7 kg then it’s a healthy wage if you feel it less I recommended to start giving formula feeding to the child
