Q.

#AskTheExpert my 7 months old son is having solids 3 times a day. however he passes hard motions. i have stopped apple, chikoo, and giving him prunes. please suggest some remedy.

A. Give him plenty of water to avoid constipations in between try to give him water which is the best remedy

A. my baby is 7 months..... she is taking very less milk... hardly around 400 ml.... am giving sooji in the morning..... rice in afternoon and homemade cerelac at nyt... is this 400ml milk is ok for her??how much rice should I give her? and she is having motions from 3 days in regular consistency.... plz help me out.. am totally worried

A. hi please keep an eye on your child diet, remove the food which causes it. offer fiber rich food like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear banana etc to your child. give Massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands move your child's legs in cycling motion maintain good hygiene
