Q.

#AskTheExpert My 7 months old daughter has started teething...I can see she is not normal... always she is rubbing her new tooth with something like rattles or the other things like pillows or with her hands...and also I can hear that she is grinding her teeth with th upcoming upper jaw teeth...I'm worried about this... please suggest me what should I do...I'm worried!!

A. Hi kids feel itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth and to get relief from this itching they tend to put everything in mouth and chew on. you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process.

A. Hi mom Give teether and some light food Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Take a good care of your baby Maintain hygiene
