#AskTheExpert My 4 yr 10months old boy rarely get fever or cold but now after going to school he is getting infection often weekly once he is getting fever or cold. From the past 4 months he is repeatedly getting fever and cold. Doctors are telling like post covid kids are like this only they have very less immunity. But how to overcome this or how long he will be like this?

A. hi to overcome this it's important to keep kids immune up by providing immunity booster food, strong immune system is one of the best ways to fight the infection. You should give immunity-boosting foods to your kid's diet.
