sujiMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, my child also facing same situation. My Homeo doctor said milestones delay should be accepted and we should make much efforts to amke them speak. Reduce screen time, let him play with kids, introduce books to so that reading makes him speak .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences propgerly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you ngeed to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Limit the screen time. Encourage your child to express and respond to your questions. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
