A. Hello, How often should a 3-week-old baby breastfeed? Still about 8 to 12 times per 24-hour period. Right now, baby may still be waking every three to four hours at night, but if she starts sleeping longer (yay!), it's okay to let her, so long as there are no issues with her weight gain.
