#asktheexpert my 3 months old son vomiting water. can you please explain why it's happening?

A. Hi mom Can be drooling, saliva coming from mouth which is one of the symptom of teething. check for swollen gums or any tooth erupting under the gums. If yes then ur baby has started teething. Give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers that put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething
