#asktheexpert my 20 months baby is weak he eats everything in a small quantity but he has not gained that much weight. he usually falls ill though maintaining his good hygien

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom you may give food in small quantity, but avoid to force feed, give combination meals, such as dal paranthas or colour full roti , petc with flour mixed with veegtables etc

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. If the baby is active then he will gain weight eventually. Please include soaked almonds in his diet. Do not give outside food to the baby.
