#AskTheExpert my 2 years and 4 months daughter is speaking less like 1 2 and few words with poems ..and also not mixing with other than family members may be due to COVID we have not gone more outside. if any problem in this situation please advise

A. can be delay. Speech delay can have multiple causes and infected requires a detailed examination by a ENT doctor so as to know the actual cause. Speech therapist is also a must for improvement in speech issues so .
