#AskTheExpert my 2 month old baby feeling cold,what to do before medicine?

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wiktoryl, alex cold In viral illness therge can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

A. Hi mom Give indirect steam to ur baby two three times a day and apply warm mustard oil with pinch of rock salt on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cough and cold. take care and all the best
