A. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat.

A. hi yes mam ,it is common among toddlers to not take vegetables or throw tantrums for this. but as their food preferences change over period naturally, you should not take stress for this. just encourage your child by offering different dishes with different taste and different texture for example you can serve mix veg soup ,mix veg paratha try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
