#AskTheExpert My 2.5 years Daughert does not eat carbs, she prefers vegetables and fruits throughout the day,. is that a good practice?

A. no. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein., Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters. Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
