#AskTheExpert my 16 months boy is not eating well. although he is physically active. pls let me know how to increase his appetite. thank you

always use playful methods of feeding the baby. offer food with different colours and textures. and make the food look interesting by using shapes and cookie cutters .
engage the baby elaborated stories or toys while feeding.
offer food after different in small quantities keep on trying be patient
