#AskTheExpert my 16 months boy is not eating well. although he is physically active. pls let me know how to increase his appetite. thank you

Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. first of all do not force with the baby . always use playful methods of feeding the baby. offer food with different colours and textures. and make the food look interesting by using shapes and cookie cutters . engage the baby elaborated stories or toys while feeding. offer food after different in small quantities keep on trying be patient
